Smart Leadership

Smart Leadership

Having the fundamental attributes of a leader is no longer sufficient in today's world. The idea, structure, and behavior of the organization are changing at an ever-increasing rate in tandem with the continued growth of the networked world. As a result, there has been a rise in associate networks and decentralization in the workplace, where people take on more responsibility for their professional life. The effects on leadership are extensive (Banahan, 2021).

With rapidly changing working environment,a new kind of leadership known as "smart leadership" is becoming necessary as a result of the development of dispersed organizations that promote cooperation in a society where individuals are becoming more and more interconnected and dependent on one another.

Smart leadership is a type of leadership that prioritizes strategy, intellect, and flexibility. Smart leaders can evaluate complicated data and reach well-thought-out conclusions that forward the objectives of their companies. Additionally, they possess the ability to recognize and react to evolving market dynamics and industry trends. In addition to having extensive knowledge in their field, intelligent leaders are also emotionally and socially intelligent. They are able to establish a great work environment, encourage candid communication and teamwork, and inspire and drive their colleagues.

Furthermore, having a well-defined vision and plans that span several technical domains—all essential if we are to build the means to go off Earth—is not sufficient in and of itself. We won't be able to succeed until we combine our knowledge and experience to tackle significant problems in the job and process. This constitutes Smart Leadership's core.
In order to give members of the Smart Organization a shared understanding of the task at hand, their part in it, and how it will advance the project's operational goals in particular as well as the significance of the end goal in enhancing the larger context, Smart Leader is essential in establishing a common frame of reference. The Smart Leader gives the Smart Organization meaning and purpose by accomplishing this. The effects on the worker include higher output and morale, higher retention rates, better decision-making, enhanced communication, and higher levels of creativity and innovation.

In conclusion, smart leadership is a complex method of managing others. To promote organizational performance, it integrates strategy, emotional intelligence, flexibility, intellect, and effective communication. And the world now needs this kind of leadership, particularly in the field of education where educational change is inevitable and  necessary.
