Values Education and Character Formation

Our school’s Values Education and Character Formation Program is dedicated to instilling ethical values, moral responsibility, and a strong sense of integrity among students. Grounded in the principles of Ukit Marangal, this program nurtures individuals who embody respect, discipline, and service to others. Through a holistic approach that integrates values-based learning across academic and co-curricular activities, students develop the character and leadership qualities necessary for lifelong success.

Integration of Ukit Marangal in Character Formation

1. Maka-Diyos (God-Centeredness)

   • Strengthening students’ spiritual growth through values formation sessions, prayer activities, and moral education.
   • Encouraging faith-based service and acts of kindness within the school and community.

2. Maka-Tao (Compassion and Integrity)

   • Promoting empathy, honesty, and fairness through anti-bullying campaigns and peer support programs.
   • Encouraging students to practice kindness, responsibility, and accountability in their daily interactions.

3. Maka-Bansa (Patriotism and Service)

   • Fostering love for country, cultural appreciation, and active citizenship through community outreach and volunteerism.
   • Integrating Filipino values and traditions in lessons and activities to strengthen national identity.

4. Maka-Kalikasan (Environmental Stewardship)

   • Encouraging students to be responsible caretakers of the environment through sustainability programs, waste management initiatives, and green projects.
   • Implementing school-wide campaigns that promote eco-friendly habits and climate action.
